The stitch count is 94 X 89.
I finished mine by mounting it on acid free matte board,
and then I mounted some coordinating cranberry homespun fabric
on a foam core board that is cut 1/2 inch bigger on all sides
to frame it.
I hot glued these pieces together
and put them face down on a couple layers of
terry cloth towel (so as not to crush the cross stitches)
and layered lots of heavy books on top.
The Gospel writers are always glad to help!
When that was all dry and firm I used applique glue to attach a thin hemp cord all around the cross stitch piece to give it a finished look.
I use Roxanne's Glue Baste-it. Look at that awesome tip! It places just the smallest dot of glue right where you want it.
I then hot glued it onto wooden slatted panel frame that I found at Hobby Lobby (item number 1303692).
These frames are found in the wood section. They have a little easel on back perfect for standing them up anywhere you want a little cuteness!
Then I made a bow out of 1 1/2 inch cranberry homespun ribbon and attached a little burlap daisy I found in the floral section at Hobby Lobby.
I hot glued that to the top and Wallah!
Super cute!
This cute pattern is the third in a series.
If you want to stitch them all
