for pictures (and release) of my new design Colonial Gardener, this is the problem! My entire studio is in the living room and dining room, while we did some very much needed remodeling! So my studio space, which is also my bedroom(!) has finally gotten a makeover.
It is wonderful, but I am still getting things put back together, and my tripod is buried somewhere in this pile:
I WILL get this organized and back to work this week! Meanwhile, back at the ranch! While the cats away the mice will play. My kids have been busily and happily making a mess everywhere else in the house while Mama has been so preoccupied! Oh where oh where are Hazel and Alice and Aunt Bea when you need them!

I heart this pincushion!!
It is big and bold and I love it! It is made with one of Moda's honeybuns. If you haven't fallen for Moda's pre-cut fabric yet, go check out this awesome blog: Moda Bakeshop! A great place to see what to do with jelly rolls, honey buns, turn-overs, and charm packs! The inspiration here is endless!

Some 40 count
is so tightly woven it feels like 60 count! I am dying of frustration here! I am using 4X magnifiers on this sucker and it is so s-l-o-w going! But anyhow, I'll stop griping long enough to say, this is a sneak peek at my new design! It is called Highways and Hedges. I also just got back my framed piece for Colonial Garden, so THAT will be released in about a week or so! Whoo~hoo!(pictures to follow soon!)
